1. Ownership of the Alexandra Matias Jewelry brand and the www.alexandramatias.com domain

Alexandra Matias Jewelry is the trade name used by the company Fonte de Valores, Unipessoal, Lda., Holder of the number of legal person and registration number 510 156 371, with a share capital of 5,000€ and headquartered at Rua Castilho 59B, 1250-068 Lisbon, Portugal and will be used in these General Conditions to identify the said company.

The website www.alexandramatias.com is owned by Alexandra Matias Jewelry.

The present General Conditions of Contract and Use, apply to the visitors of the website www.alexandramatias.com and to any commercial transactions carried out through the virtual store available on it.

The access and use of the website and the purchase of any product imply the acceptance of these General Conditions of Contract and Use by the User and / or the Customer.

7. Order:

To place the order the User must add items to the shopping cart, edit the quantity of the items and finalize the purchase.

The fulfillment of the order by the User represents full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as the sales conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Once the order is completed and the price is paid, Alexandra Matias Jewelry will send an email to the Customer to confirm the order.

Even though Alexandra Matias Jewelry has accepted the order in the terms of the previous paragraph, it depends on the delivery of the ordered products and the fulfillment of the respective deadlines for the availability of stock. In the event of no stock availability, Alexandra Matias Jewelry will contact the customer, preferably by e-mail, to inform them of the new delivery term or, in the case of an exclusive product, to suggest the exchange for a new one. similar product, if any. If the customer does not agree with the exchange or the new delivery period, he can choose to buy another item or to refund the amount already paid, which, preferably, will be made through the same payment method.

In case of errors detected on the website, which are objectively demonstrable, with respect to the products, their descriptions and images and respective prices, the parties undertake to restore the contractual balance as if the error did not exist, which should occur through replenishment by the beneficiary in favor of the aggrieved person of the amounts received too much or, if this is not possible, by the cancellation of the order.

In any case, Alexandra Matias Jewelry cannot be held responsible, in any way, for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from delayed deliveries or the unavailability of the ordered item.

8. Delivery:

The delivery of orders is made through a transporter hired by Alexandra Matias Jewelry to the address indicated by the Client – which cannot be a PO Box or hotel -, the postage is free for the Client.

Without prejudice to the end of point 7. above, Alexandra Matias Jewelry will endeavor to ensure that delivery takes place within 3 to 10 working days, depending on the destination, counting from the day after the payment is confirmed. order, unless otherwise stated in writing.

As long as it is sent to the address included in the order, the Customer is responsible for all damages resulting from its non-collection.

9. Cancellation:

Within 14 days after confirmation of the respective payment, you can cancel the order as long as you do not use the product and, within that period, deliver the product purchased at Alexandra Matias Jewelry’s premises.

To do this, you should contact Alexandra Matias Jewelry Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number to place on the return.

The cancellation of the order will only take effect if the returned products are in the same condition in which they were delivered, that is, without damage or wear of any kind.

If the ordered products have already been shipped, Alexandra Matias Jewelry returns the amount corresponding to the price paid against the return of the products by the customer, less the amount spent on postage.

Recorded or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Payment:

Products may be paid for using the different electronic payment methods available at any time.

11. Price:

The prices of the products in each moment in force – which Alexandra Matias Jewelry can change whenever it sees fit – are presented in Euros and already include the VAT in force at the time of payment of the order.

The Client is responsible for all costs inherent in the eventual payment of customs fees.

12. Applicable Legislation and Forum:

All purchases made on the website: www.alexandramatias.com are subject to these General Conditions and, supplementarily, to the Portuguese Legal System.

Any conflict arising from purchases through the website that the parties are unable to resolve amicably will be resolved by the competent Court of the District of Lisbon.
