Leitão & Irmão Brooch in Gold and Diamonds, Portuguese, 19th/20th Century
Brooch with two horizontal bars in 19.2 kt – 800 ‰ in yellow gold. In the centre, it has a diagonal silver application set, with 7 old cut diamonds and 2 rose-cut diamonds. Each end has a silver application set with 5 rose-cut diamonds. Portuguese with Lisbon hallmark (1887-1938) and Leitão & Irmão, Lisbon, goldsmith’s mark registered in 1887.
